I made it with googlepages. i will give out 10 points to first helpful answer. the favicon is the little icon next to the URL in the address bar.|||That is called a favicon. These two articles tell you how to do it - http://www.small-business-software.net/o鈥?/a>
What is a Favicon - http://www.developer-resource.com/what-i鈥?/a>
Goodluck|||save the file as favicon.ico and put it in the root directory of your website.|||You said change which means to me you already have one. Just make a new one with same image name and up load it where the other one is and let it overwrite the old image. Might want to add a meta tag for your favicon on your pages as not all browsers will pick up the favicon without the tag.
Meta tag examples:
%26lt;link rel=%26quot;icon%26quot; type=%26quot;image/x-icon%26quot; href=%26quot;imgs/favicon.ico%26quot;%26gt;
%26lt;link rel=%26quot;shortcut icon%26quot; type=%26quot;image/x-icon%26quot; href=%26quot;http://imgs/favicon.ico%26quot;%26gt;
I use both because of differences in browsers and the rel=%26quot;%26quot; attribute.
