How do I change the favicon on my site?

I have a site, kitty-roleplay.com, for fans of a book series called Warrior Cats. We roleplay, chat, and just hang out. Well anyways, I want to make the little icon a cat or something, how do I do that?|||Make a graphic you want to set as your fav-icon. It needs to be 16x16 pixels. I suggest saving it as .png so the quality is good.





Then, head over to http://tools.dynamicdrive.com/favicon/ where you can upload your fav-icon, and download it to your desktop.





After that, simply upload the fav-icon to your website (in your main folder where index files are, basically, the first folder). Like http://yoursite.com/favicon.ico





It may take a while to show up, so try viewing just the fav-icon after you%26#039;ve uploaded it to your site a couple of times, refreshing the image, like http://yoursite.com/favicon.ico
